Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 tsp. butter
2 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
powdered sugar
Preparation

In saucepan, cream together sugar and butter.
Then add eggs, nuts, pineapple and dates.
Cook until thick.
Just before removing from stove, add vanilla.
Cool slightly.
Spread between vanilla wafers.
Roll in powdered sugar.
