Grandma'S Spicy Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dry pinto beans
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 chopped onion
    1 bay leaf
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can Ro-Tel
Preparation
    Cook pinto beans until almost done, then add salt and pepper. Add chopped vegetables, garlic and bay leaf.
    Bring beans to a boil, then add 1 pound of ground beef that has been made into walnut-sized balls and browned until done.
    Add Ro-Tel and simmer until all ingredients are done.
