Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cakes or 2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. melted butter
    6 to 7 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
    Scald the milk; add the syrup and salt.
    Add 2 cups of flour and beat well.
    Add yeast mix. Beat eggs; add them.
    Blend well and add the shortening and remaining flour to make a soft dough.
    Knead until smooth and satiny.
    Place in a lightly greased bowl.
    Grease top of dough. Cover and put into refrigerator.
    When wanted, remove dough from refrigerator and punch down.
    Remove desired amount.
    Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
    Pinch off desired amounts for rolls. Place the rolls in greased pans and let rolls rise until double in size.
    Bake in moderately hot oven (375\u00b0) for approximately 20 minutes.
