Zesty Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
    1 apricot preserves (or your favorite jam)
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix preserves, juice and soy sauce.
    Coat chicken.
    Roll in bread crumbs.
    Top with melted butter.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
