Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

sirloin or round steak, cut in cubes
butter
fresh mushrooms or small can
2 small containers sour cream
2 cans Campbell's golden mushroom soup
egg noodles
Preparation

Brown steak in butter with fresh mushrooms.
Put in pan, reserving juice.
Add sour cream, soup and canned mushrooms, if you don't use fresh.
Mix and add a little bit of the meat juice. Don't add too much of the juice because as it simmers, it thins down. Cook low for 45 minutes or until tender. Serve over egg noodles. Serves 4 to 5.
