Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. fresh cut up broccoli
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 medium chopped onion
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. melted margarine
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk (use part half and half)
2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Boil the first 4 ingredients about 10 minutes.
Add the margarine.
Add the flour.
Add the milk.
Cook until thickened. Add the cheese.
Drain some liquid from the broccoli before adding to milk mixture.
If needed, add broccoli liquid and/or milk to make good soup mixture.
