Chipped Ham Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. minced onion
2 Tbsp. shortening
dash of garlic salt
1 c. ketchup
4 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. water
6 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lb. chipped ham
Preparation
-
Cook onions in shortening until soft, not brown.
Add remaining ingredients, except ham.
Mix thoroughly.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add ham and heat. Serve on buns.
