Ingredients

1 1/2 c. softened shortening (half butter)
18 Tbsp. brown sugar
18 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. water
3 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. pecan halves
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Cream together first 6 ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Makes approximately 5 dozen 2-inch cookies.
