Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large whole chicken breast (skinless, boneless)
    1 (11 oz.) bag tortilla chips (no/low salt)
    1 large jar mild garden style salsa (Ortega/Old El Paso brand)
    1 large pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 large pkg. shredded Monterey cheese
Preparation
    Cook the chicken until it falls apart easily.
    Drain any water or excess liquids from chicken.
    Add the salsa to the chicken and simmer about 3 to 5 minutes.
