Chocolate Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour, sift once, then add cocoa
5 to 6 tsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
5 large or 6 small eggs
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add flour mixture, 3 or 4 tablespoons at a time, alternating with milk, ending with flour.
Grease pan lined with waxed or brown paper. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
