Grandma'S Walnut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. Karo syrup
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    1 1/2 c. large walnuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Combine eggs, sugar, flour, syrup, butter and vanilla; blend well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Arrange walnuts on top.
    Bake in lower third of oven at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0; bake an additional 35 to 45 minutes or until center appears set.
    Cool completely. Yields 8 servings.
