Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large baking potatoes
4 slices bacon, crumbled
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 pkg. Buddig sliced ham
1/2 stick butter
1 to 1 1/2 c. sour cream
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Bake potatoes.
Scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact.
Saute onions and bell pepper, oil and shredded ham.
Combine potatoes, butter, salt, pepper and sour cream; mix well.
Blend in bacon, ham and 1 cup cheese.
Spoon into potato shells.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
