Butterscotch Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) instant butterscotch pudding mix
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 c. water
4 eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar and pudding mixes. Combine the water, eggs, oil and vanilla. Stir into
dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased muffin cups two-thirds full. Combine the brown sugar, pecans and cinnamon and sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
