Krumkaka - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground cardamom
    1 1/3 c. sifted flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light.
    Add sugar gradually, beating until thick and lemon colored.
    Stir in cardamom.
    Sift flour and salt together.
    Blend into egg mixture alternately with cream.
    Place 1 tablespoon batter a little off center on krumkaka iron.
    Close lid and cook a few minutes, turning the pan once to brown both sides. Remove from iron with spatula and roll immediately into cone shape.
    Makes 4 dozen.
