Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. grated or peeled zucchini
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Set aside.
    Beat eggs; add sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Beat thoroughly.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Add flour mixture.
    Don't overbeat.
    Fold in chopped nuts (and raisins, if desired).
    Pour into a greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Cool before removing from pan.
    Can also add chocolate chips to batter.
