Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix eggs, vanilla, flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
Add crushed pineapple and chopped pecans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 from 30 to 35 minutes in a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan or two 9-inch round pans.
