Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed carrots
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 well beaten eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    red pepper and grated onion (optional)
Preparation
    Mix and mash the carrots, oleo, salt, flour, cheese, eggs and milk.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
