Zucchini Balls(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. zucchini, grated
    1 onion, chopped fine and cooked until soft
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
    Form into balls.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or freeze before baking for later use.
