Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 egg yolks
    1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour (or 3 Tbsp. cornstarch)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Blair lemon flavoring
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Put water and vinegar in saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Beat together egg yolks, flour and sugar.
    Add a small amount of boiling liquid and blend well.
    Stir mixture quickly into boiling liquid and continue to cook and stir until thick.
    Remove from heat and add Blair lemon flavoring, butter and salt.
    Pour into baked shells.
    Makes 2 pies.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Gradually add 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Put on pies, being careful to seal edges. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes until browned.
