Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen yeast bread (3 loaves)
    1 onion, chopped
    2 lb. sausage (hot or mild), cooked and drained
    1 lb. shredded cheese (1/2 lb. Cheddar and 1/2 lb. jalapeno, Monterey Jack)
Preparation
    Allow bread dough to thaw in refrigerator overnight and roll into three 9 x 13-inch rectangles.
    Sprinkle onion, cooked sausage and cheese down the middle and fold each side to the middle and seal all edges.
    Place seam side down on foil-lined cookie sheet and let rise 30 minutes.
    Follow package directions for cooking bread.
    When done, cool 10 to 15 minutes and slice.
