One Pot Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pork chops
1 large can tomatoes
1 to 2 green peppers, cut in strips
1 large yellow onion, sliced
1 large can sweet potatoes (or raw yams)
salt and pepper
flour
Preparation

Salt, pepper and flour pork chops.
Brown chops in small amount of oil in large skillet.
Drain off fat.
Add green peppers, onions and canned tomatoes.
If using raw yams, add them now.
If using canned yams, simmer the chops, covered, 30 minutes or until done, then add sweet potatoes and heat through.
