Shrimp Pilau - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1/2 c. pimento
    1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 can consomme soup
    1/2 can water
    1 c. rice
    salt and pepper
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in oleo. Add shrimp; stir until pink. Add consomme, rice and season.
    Steam until done.
