Italian Style Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
    1 (8 oz.) frozen sliced carrots
    1 (10 oz.) frozen cauliflower
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
    1 (3 1/4 oz.) can ripe olives
    1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Thaw carrots, cauliflower, green beans and drain.
    Pour dressing over thawed vegetables.
    Add pimentos.
    Cover; marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
    Drain.
    Combine vegetable mixture with cheese and mix lightly.
    Sprinkle with additional cheese before serving.
    Makes approximately 6 servings.
