Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 apples
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Pare, core and slice apples.
    Line a pie plate with pastry. Fill with apples.
    Sprinkle with sugar, bits of butter and cinnamon.
    Put on upper crust and prick.
    Bake in hot oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 425\u00b0 until crust is brown and fruit is soft.
