Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2/3 c. Bisquick mix
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb.) fryer chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Melt margarine in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch rectangular pan in oven.
    Mix Bisquick, paprika, salt and pepper. Coat chicken with this mixture.
    Place skin down in pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Turn and bake another 20 minutes.
