Peach Cobbler In 10 Minutes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans peach halves
    2 c. baking mix (Bisquick or Jiffy)
    2 Tbsp. melted shortening
    2/3 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Drain peaches and pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Mix baking mix with shortening, milk, egg and sugar in a bowl. Mix by hand until consistency of pancake batter and pour over peaches. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
    Can use other fruit or add nutmeg, cinnamon or raisins for extra ummp.
