Pecan Pie Custard Style(Makes 2 Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box light brown sugar
    6 eggs
    1 can evaporated milk, undiluted
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour, mix with sugar
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted
    2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    pinch of salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
    1 c. pecans, chopped or halved
Preparation
    Pour into unbaked pie shells.
    Cook for 10 minutes on 400\u00b0. Turn down to 350\u00b0 and cook for 35 minutes more or until knife inserted comes out clean.
    Custard will be a bit shaky, but will thicken as it cools.
