Tuna Surprise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 1/4 oz.) can tuna (packed in water), drained
3/4 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar, Colby or Mozzarella)
1 tsp. minced onion
1 to 2 Tbsp. relish
1/2 c. salad dressing
dash of chives or parsley
Preparation

Mix together ingredients to desired consistency.
May be eaten as is or spread on bread or rolls warmed in microwave or conventional oven to melt cheese.
