Corned Beef Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small lemon Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; cool.
    When cool, stir in vinegar and mayonnaise; beat until smooth.
    Stir in onion, celery and eggs.
    Take corned beef from can; put in colander and run hot water over corned beef, melting away the fat.
    Break corned beef in 1 inch pieces and then add to the gelatin mixture.
    Chill in refrigerator until set.
    Serves 6.
