No Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    1 c. celery
    1 c. carrots
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 c. potatoes
    1 c. onions
    2 cans Snap-E-Tom (tomato juice cocktail)
    1 can V-8 juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix meat, chopped vegetables, and seasonings in a pot. Combine tomato juice cocktail and V-8 juice; dissolve tapioca in juices. Pour over meat and vegetable mixture. Cover and bake 5 hours in 250\u00b0oven. Do not peek! Serve with cornbread and green salad.
