Picante Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. peeled tomatoes
2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. hot peppers
2 Tbsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
Preparation
-
Mash and cook 40 minutes.
Add 3 tablespoons cornstarch at the last.
Cook 10 minutes more.
Put in hot jars and seal.
