Texas Torpedoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    jalepeno peppers
    eggs
    flour
    corn meal
    salt and pepper
    Cheez Whiz
Preparation
    Slit peppers & remove veins & seeds.
    Stuff with Cheez Whiz. Mix approx. 2 cups flour with 1/2 cup cornmeal, salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix 2 eggs with approx. 2 Tbsp milk.
    Dip stuffed pepper in flour mixture then in egg mixture and then in flour mixture. Drop in Fry Daddy and cook until light brown.
