Shrimp Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh shrimp, cleaned and chopped fine
    1 can water chestnuts, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. sherry
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Mix and shape into dollar size balls. Fry in deep oil until golden brown. Drain and serve.
