Chicken Drummettes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. chicken wings or more
1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
3/4 c. onion
1 bottle barbecue sauce
Preparation

Cut wing tip off and discard.
Cut remaining at joint and save both pieces.
Put chicken into pot of water with garlic salt and onion.
Boil and cook for 10 minutes.
Let stand for 5 minutes, then arrange on cookie sheets.
Cover with barbecue sauce and cook in oven for 15 minutes or until done at 300\u00b0.
Serve warm.
