Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. boiling water
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. molasses
Preparation

Put oatmeal in bowl.
Pour water over and let stand until lukewarm.
Add salt, butter, dissolved yeast and molasses.
Stir in flour and beat thoroughly.
Set this mixture in buttered pans.
Let rise until almost doubled, then bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
