Cajun Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 whole tomatoes, diced
1 medium sized bell pepper, chopped
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Velveeta Mexican cheese, cubed
2 cans Campbell's nacho cheese soup dip
Preparation

Brown ground beef over medium heat, breaking up while cooking. Add tomatoes and bell pepper.
Continue to cook until vegetables wilt.
Add dip and cheese to meat.
Reduce heat.
Stir until cheese is completely melted.
Cook over low heat for 10 to 12 minutes more.
Serve with nachos, tortilla chips, crackers, etc.
