Pork Chop And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    3/4 c. raw rice
    1 large onion, cut in rings
    1 green bell pepper, cut in rings
    1 can onion soup
    1/4 can water (measure in can)
Preparation
    Season chops to taste. Brown pork chops.
    Spray casserole dish with Pam.
    Put 3/4 cup of raw rice in bottom of casserole.
    Lay pork chops on top of rice, then place some onion rings and bell pepper rings on top of chops.
    Add 1 can onion soup and 1/4 can of water. Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour. Feeds 4.
