Sea Island Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) box macaroni twists, cooked
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. cubed salad pickles
    3/4 c. cubed cheese
    1 c. cubed ham (may substitute chicken, turkey, shrimp or crab for ham)
    1 (15 oz.) can English peas, drained
    1/4 c. pimento (optional)
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
