German Scalloped Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

3 c. sauerkraut (canned or homemade), drained
2 red apples, sliced
1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Layer in casserole the sauerkraut, apples and brown sugar. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 until apples are tender. Delicious served with pork.
