Glazed Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 lb. pork loin roast
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Place roast in roast or baking pan.
    Insert meat thermometer in thickest part of roast.
    Roast, uncovered, in a 325\u00b0 oven about 2 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer registers 170\u00b0.
