French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can coconut (1 1/2 c.)
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 stick butter
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix all and pour into 2 (9-inch) pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
