Jiffy Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. cake mix (white or yellow)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 can fruit or 2 c. fresh fruit
Preparation

Mix cake mix and baking powder.
Drain fruit and use juice instead of water in cake mix.
Put fruit in bottom of well-greased cake pan or 6 1/2 x 10-inch baking pan.
Pour prepared mix over fruit. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until toothpick comes clean from the center.
One-half cup chopped nuts may be sprinkled over fruit or on top.
May be served in bowl with milk as cobbler.
