Mini Sausage Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. mild pork sausage
    1/2 lb. hot pork sausage
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 c. biscuit mix
Preparation
    Combine raw sausage and cheese in mixing bowl.
    Add biscuit mix; blend thoroughly.
    Shape into 1-inch balls; place on cookie sheet.
    Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes, or until brown.
    Serve hot or cold.
    Yields 100.
