Pork Chops And Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) box long grain and wild rice
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can Chinese mixed vegetables, drained
    1 1/4 c. water
    6 lean pork chops
Preparation
    Mix rice (and spices), soup and water in a 2-quart greased casserole dish.
    Add Chinese vegetables and mushrooms.
    Arrange pork chops on top.
    Cover.
    Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with soy sauce.
