Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. beef broth
1 c. tomato puree
1 carrot
1 medium onion
1 small stem of celery
2 c. cabbage
salt and pepper
parsley flakes
Preparation

Add tomato puree to beef broth.
Set aside.
Peel and dice carrot, onion and celery.
Shred cabbage.
Combine these together. Cover with water.
Cook until tender.
Do not drain.
Add to the beef broth.
Add salt and pepper to taste and 1 heaping spoonful of parsley flakes.
Simmer 15 minutes.
