Cheese-Stuffed Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. mixture of Edam, Cheddar and Romano cheese, finely grated
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    few drops of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix the ground beef, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Roll into 8 patties.
    Top 4 of the patties with the cheese mixture and top them with the other 4 patties. Seal the edges tightly and broil.
