Candied Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/2 c. water
    2 lb. carrots (sliced 1/2 inch thick)
    2 cinnamon sticks (3-in.)
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    6 Tbsp. honey
    4 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil in large skillet; add carrots, cinnamon, cumin and ginger.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add honey and lemon juice; bring to a boil.
    Boil, uncovered for 4 minutes or until liquid evaporates and carrots are tender.
