Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
    seasoning to taste
    1 small carton sour cream
Preparation
    Trim all fat from steak.
    Cut into bite-size cubes.
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Cook steak and onion slowly until done.
    Add soup; heat until hot and bubbly.
    Meanwhile, prepare egg noodles according to package directions.
    Drain and add to steak mixture. Add sour cream and serve.
