Bean, Hominy, Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 green pepper
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 c. picante sauce
    1 can kidney beans, rinsed
    1 can yellow hominy, rinsed
Preparation
    Cook rice and cool; drain if necessary.
    Saute green pepper and oil in nonstick skillet or spray with vegetable spray until tender.
    Put all ingredients in large bowl and mix.
    Keep in cool refrigerator.
