Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 c. tomatoes
1 c. beef stock
1 lb. hamburg
corn tortillas
Preparation

Fry 1 pound hamburg with onion.
Cook onion, green pepper and garlic in butter.
Add flour, salt, chili powder, tomatoes and beef stock.
Cook until thick and smooth for sauce.
Fry corn tortillas until soft and warm.
Spoon meat into tortillas.
Roll and lay in baking dish.
Spoon sauce on top of tortillas.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 5 minutes.
